Take a break from exploring to recharge with a delicious, authentic Egyptian lunch served at a local restaurant. Enjoy fresh regional dishes before crossing over to the historic West Bank.

Cross the Nile to the world-famous Valley of the Kings. Enter three remarkably preserved royal tombs of ancient Egypt's pharaohs to marvel at the brilliant colors and intricate carvings decorating the walls.

Visit the stunning Mortuary Temple of Hatshepsut, a masterpiece of ancient architecture. This unique, multi-terraced monument is carved seamlessly directly into the towering limestone cliffs that frame the desert.

Stop at a traditional local workshop. Watch skilled Egyptian artisans use age-old hand techniques to carve beautiful vases and statues from local alabaster stone, making for a perfect souvenir opportunity.

Stand at the feet of the Colossi of Memnon, two massive stone statues of Pharaoh Amenhotep III. These giants have stood proudly guarding the West Bank plains for over 3,400 years.
